Resveratrol is a natural plant compound and antioxidant found in grapes and grape juice, red wine, peanuts and the Japanese knotweed plant. Studied for it's health benefits and relationship to cell lifespan and heart health. It is the compound believed to be responsible for the "French Paradox" (the theory that frequent red wine consumption may explain the low rate of heart disease among the French, who typically consume a high fat diet). Resveratrol given to other living organisms resulted in an increase in their lifespan. Our Resveratrol 150mg provides a significant amount of trans-resveratrol which may be a more bioavailable form, along with natural red wine extracts from Germany grapes grown in France. Trans-Resveratrol boasts a long list of benefits, including cardiovascular health benefits, anti-inflammatory benefits, joint disease prevention, lower blood sugar counts, the possibility of preventing and eliminating certain types of cancer, and improved athletic endurance. Research by the Harvard Medical School has found that trans-resveratrol increases the production of a protein called SIRT1, which may increase human lifespan. By increasing blood flow, resveratrol may protect not only the heart and arteries, but also the brain. Recent studies in the United Kingdom suggests that resveratrol may help prevent or reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease. [Source: American Journal of Clinical Nutrition]. A study by the University of South Florida suggests that resveratrol may not only prevent, but might even reverse the dangerous buildup of fat in the liver caused by alcohol abuse.SUPPLEMENT FACTS:Red Wine Powder 250mgRed Wine Extract 30% Polyphenols (60mg) 200mgJapanese Knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) 150mgGrape Seed Extract (Vitis vinifera) (L)95% Polyphenois(95MG) 100MGSize: 60 CapsulesOther ingredients: Gelatin and WaterContains: No Soy, yeast, sugar, dairy ,gluten free, artificial colors, flavors or preservativesWE GUARANTEE OUR SUPPLEMENTS FOR POTENCY AND PURITY Our Supplement is NSF/GMP Certified facility
